Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount on the verso of the upper left and upper right corners. The left and right edges are irregularly cut. There are small nicks and losses to the edges of the sheet which are not visible when framed, notably towards the centre of the lower edge and to the upper right edge, towards the upper right corner. The sheet is time-stained and there are scattered specks of foxing in places. There are small spots of discolouration and paper abrasion visible in places on the verso, notably on the verso of the figure's legs and towards the centre of the lower edge, which are possibly related to past restoration. This work is overall good stable condition.
