Condition
The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals one small area of retouching to the sky in the upper right quadrant as well as some retouching along the extreme left edge. There appears to be some minor strengthening of the last two letters of the signature. There are artist's pinholes to all four corners. There are fine lines of craquelure and areas of paint shrinkage in places, most prominently to the light pigments in the sky, as well as some of the lighter greens. This work is in overall good condition.
