Condition

Lovely green and warm brown patina. There is some minor patina loss, predominantly to the edges of the green areas, and some small nicks along the surface of the warm brown parts, possibly inherent to the casting process. There is a small amount of patina loss and some small nicks to the base. Some dust is evident in places. This work is in overall good condition.

Catalogue Note

The present work derives from the large bronze Dual Form, a cast of which is situated outside of the Guildhall in St Ives. It was given to the town as a gift from the artist to mark the conferment of the Honorary Freedom of the Borough of St Ives.
