The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case good vintage condition with wear, polishing, and light marks consistent with age and use. Some light oxidation, especially between the lugs. Dial is likely washed and restored. A darker diagonal mark at 2 and 10. Spot markings and debris. Ref. 130 was introduced in 1930 as the first Patek Philippe wristwatch made in series. Production for the reference continued for over 30 years, defining Patek Philppe's horological expertise in early chronograph wristwatches.
