• manual winding nickel lever movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva • silvered dial, black painted square indexes, blued steel hands • yellow gold, enamel and diamond set finely decorated acorn form case composed of two hemispheres which separate to reveal the dial and yellow gold bezel overlaid with white enamel and black painted Arabic numerals, the bezel heightened by a yellow gold hinge set with the numerals 3, 6, and 9, crown set with eight brilliant cut diamonds  dial signed, movement and case hand stamped with Cartier reference numbers • completed by a yellow gold, enamel and diamond set pin flanked by oval cabochon turquoise
