John Laurence is an American reporter, author and documentary filmmaker whose frontline reporting for CBS, ABC and PBS have earned him a reputation as one of the finest foreign correspondents of his generation. Wearing his Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, he has covered many of the most important events of our times including thirty-seven wars, revolutions and riots at home and abroad. His work has won every major award for broadcast journalism. An example of his reporting can be seen on YouTube under the title 'John Laurence Vietnam War U.S. Platoon in Combat'. We are pleased to present this well-used and beautifully preserved timepiece on behalf of the original owner.
