Condition

The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in overall very good vintage condition. Case bands and case back with light scuffing. A polished indentation to the lower right lug. Small scuff markings to the upper right lug. Polished wear to the lug backs likely from spring bar application. Black bezel insert serviced as indicated by slight concave recession. Rotation is stiff. Some material loss from 60 - 1. Dial in overall very good condition with two dot indentations above the coronet. One dot indentation below the "C" of "CERTIFIED." Small scratch to the dial below "DATE," visible under a loupe. Light and attractive oxidation to the luminescent indexes. Movement in excellent condition. Please note that the watch is accompanied by a stainless steel bracelet. It is stamped with it's material, but there are no hallmarks or stamps to indicate Rolex.
