Condition

The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in overall fair vintage condition with wear, scuffing and scratches consistent with use. Watch serviced and likely polished as indicated by 1998 marking in the case back. Heavier scuffing and scratches to the upper left lug area and bracelet. Dial in very hood condition with light and even oxidation to the indexes. Some oxidation to the hands - especially the luminescent area of the center seconds hand. Movement in excellent condition.
