Condition

The movement is running at time of cataloguing. The dial carries clear signs of aging which gives the dial patina, the white of the dial has gone towards a more creamy hue accentuating the age of the watch in a charming way. The indexes and hands are stained and and show signs of aging. The case and bracelet are in good condition with visible scuffs and scratches throughout which are consistent with regular use. Overall, the watch is in good condition. The watch has not been tested to determine the accuracy of its timekeeping. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement and that a service may be required at the buyer's discretion.
