Condition

Overall in very good condition. The surfaces with scattered scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use and with a few filled areas throughout which are not visually distracting. The joins with some minor seam separations, which are stable. The front edge of the seat with a grouping of slightly deeper scratches, the longest measuring approximately 5 in., not visually distracting. The seat and backrest have been recaned. The rear stretcher bar with an area of splitting that is stable. A very good and iconic model from Chandigarh.
