Condition

Overall good condition. The work is attached to the mat backing with hinging tape at three points along the top edge, verso. The sheet edges are visible in current matting. There is a 1/4 inch repaired tear in the lower margin. There is a crease extending into the work from the top edge about 2 inches from the upper right corner. A few atelier marks and smudges throughout, most noticeable in the upper left quadrant. Some evidence of very mild skinning in the extreme margin of the upper edge about 3 inches from the upper left corner. The sheet with some soft undulation throughout and a few scattered minor handling creases. Some creasing to the tip of the upper right corner. The sheet with some surface dirt throughout and gentle time-staining. Overall the media is fresh and strong and presents very well. A masterfully executed perspective drawing by Frank Lloyd Wright.
