Condition
Overall very good condition. When viewed in person, the table presents with a deep rich brown coloration. The wood surfaces with light surface scratches, abrasions and dents scattered throughout, consistent with age and use. The top appears to have been cleaned and enhanced at some point in the history of the piece. The edges of the table top, legs, feet and stretchers with edge abrasions and some associated minor losses to the wood throughout, not visually detractive. The table top with two small infills on opposite edges, each measuring approximately 1/2 inch wide. One of the lateral stretchers with a small restoration approximately 1 x 1 1/2 inch. The wooden pegs all appear original. A very nice and highly functional work with beautifully executed carved details.
