Condition

Overall very good condition. The sheep has been recently professionally cleaned. When viewed in person the epoxy stone presents with a slightly stronger hue, less white and more sand-colored compared to the printed catalogue illustration. The epoxy stone with a few scattered metal particulate inclusions which have rusted, visible in the catalogue illustration and not visually detractive. The bronze elements with some very minor irregularities inherent in the making and visible only upon close inspection. The bronze overall presents with a rich, even coloration. An iconic sculptural work by Lalanne suitable for display indoors or outdoors.
