Condition

Overall in good condition. The wood has been sensitively refinished and presents with some surface scratches, minor abrasions and discolorations consistent with age and gentle use. A few small indentations and small edge losses scattered throughout, consistent with use and not visually distracting. The upper frame with a few old and stable worm holes and two small restorations to one corner and adjacent side. The bronze surfaces with minor surface scratches and light tarnishing consistent with age and gentle use. The piece is sold without slats and with a later mattress. The upholstery with minor surface dirt consistent with use. A very elegant design.
