  • Stoneware
finely potted with the straight sides rising at an angle from a slightly recessed base to an angled shoulder, set with a short gently curved spout opposed by a loop handle, the flat cover surmounted by an arched finial, inscribed to the base with a six-character mark reading Yangxian Xiyinshiwang (Wang from the Xiyin Studio, Yixing), the underside of the handle with a two-character mark reading Yinchun (2)
