finely potted in the form of a small cup with rounded sides and inverted rim, resting in the center of a circular dish, all supported on a splayed hollow foot, covered overall save for the foot ring with a russet-brown glaze

Condition

There are a few small flake chips to the rim of the bowl and an approx. 0.7 cm wide gilt-repaired chip to the rim of the dish. Some expected wear to the glaze and to the foot rim and minor firing imperfections, including an area of kiln grits to the interior of the dish. The dish is very slightly warped. The surface has been cleaned and polished.
