Description

  • wood
each with a square panelled top, above a straight waist and rounded apron centred with ruyi, supported on bowed square section legs and terminating in hoof feet

Condition

Both stools are in good condition with the exception of scratches to the surface of each, and some shrinkage of panel. One has a split and a small area of repair to one foot. The other stool with a minor in-filling to one foot where the foot meets the leg. The tops and aprons have been re-glued.
