the tile decorated in underglaze dark blue, turquoise and bole red with black outlines, set into metal frame with calligraphic panels set against painted enamel grounds, framed 

Condition

The tile set onto plaster which has now partly cracked near the top (as visible on reverse), as a result, leaves traces of plaster when set down, remnants of adhesive with textile hairs, possibly once covered with velvet, discolored, the frame with dents, hook to top for hanging,hairline crack and minor scratches to glaze, as viewed.
