This fauteuil is in overall good condition displaying some wear to decoration, namely to edges, as well as some marks and scratches consistent with age and use. There is one dent to back right leg. The green silk damask close-nailed upholstery is in excellent condition. The side chair with rubbing to later paint revealing ebonised under-paint. Chip to tip of one rear leg. Chips to carved details. Damask generally good.
