Condition

Very charming. This decorative piece though does have a repaired broken cover - to the inside rim and this repair with residual glue. There is ingrained dirt and there are chips to the bears toes. As well as other minor chips. Probably acquired by the artist as a reference to his great-grandparents published work 'Examples of Early Pottery, Named Dated and Inscribed', 1881. This object was in the artist's studio.
