  • one bronze with a red-brown patina and on probably tin with a partially gilt and brown patina
    the Charbonnier signed Hoetger Paris and with foundry mark EUG. BLOT PARIS and the Mendiant signed B. Hoetger Paris
  • Mendiant: 27 cm, Charbonnier: 35 cm; Mendiant 10 5/8  in., Charbonnier: 10 3/4   in.

Condition

Both bronzes are in good overall condition, with some minor losses to the patina on the highpoints, such as on folds of drapery, nose and foreheads. There are traces of gilding to the mendiant. Both bronzes contain old labels to the bottom. The charbonnier with some minor nicks to the edges of the terrasse.
