Condition

Executed on calico, not laid down, taped to the overmount on all four corners and to the centre of both upper and lower edges. The extremes edges are unevenly cut. It has not been possible to fully unframe the work in order to examine the verso of the extreme edges. There are two faint humidity marks to the green pigment towards the centre of the lower edge (visible in the catalogue illustration) and an additional water mark to the centre of the upper edge (not visible when framed). Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouching. This work is in good original condition.
