Description

  • Silver
  • 16.4cm., 6 1/4 in. high
helmet-shaped with applied spout and scroll handle, flat-chased with reeded bands, on spreading foot, stipple initialled 'AV'

Condition

A few dents and scratches and wear commensurate with age, gilding a little worn but very nice object and a good colour, clear marks, assay scrape on handle and foot. Small split to lower handle junction.
