Description

  • porcelain
painted in underglaze-blue in the 'Fels und Vogel' pattern and embellished with tooled gilding in Augsburg, comprising; a teapot and cover, a coffee pot, a sugar bowl and cover with rabbit finial, three coffee cups, six beakers, two teacups and ten saucers, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, various numerals and letters in underglaze-blue

Condition

One coffee cup broken and riveted. One beaker with hairline crack, the other two with chip at rim. One teacup with an area of restoration to rim. One beaker with section repaired. Restoration to spout area of teapot. Old repair to rim of coffee pot, lacking its cover. Two saucer with flat at rim, one with bruise chip to outer edge of rim. Gilding throughout worn.
