130gm residual sugar - they could have gone to 150gm, but they did not take the very top sugar levels, for the sake of balance. Selection was practised, from a palette of 'tris' to choose from. A glorious nose of pineapple that is incredibly strong at this moment of its life. Terrifically concentrated, orangey and gingery as it stays on the palate, but always remaining so fresh - quite a feat but, then, Yquem knows how to do this. 'Incontournable', as usual.
