In 2015, a wonderful earthy, spicy nose. Slightly peaty plus the St Emilion tea-leaf element. Enormous flavour, mouth-filling, soft, ripe, with the tannins enveloped in liquorice fruit. Very elegant too. I love this epoch at Pavie! Serena Sutcliffe, MW
