The first vintage after the late Michel Delon took over complete control from his father. In 2015, a deep, dense, utterly 'nostalgic' nose of very top, classed growth Cabernet Sauvignon from near the Gironde. Massive black fruit flavour, vigorous and yet soft, and with lovely freshness at the end. Finish of cassis. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
