Composed of fluted gold links, the pendant in the shape of a Maltese cross, pavé-set at the center with round diamonds, length 27 inches, the chain separates into three segments measuring 12½, 7¼ and 7¼ inches for variety of wear, signed Webb.

Condition

In good condition, with minor discoloration to the gold predominantly to the Maltese cross pendant-brooch, and mainly on the reverse. One of the clasp fittings is slightly loose and could benefit from minor adjustment by a jeweler. Each segment signed Webb. The pendant-brooch inscribed Plat and 18K for platinum and 18 karat gold. The chain segments each inscribed 18k. The diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 7.30 carats, are approximately G-H color, VVS-VS clarity, a few SI clarity. The pendant-brooch measures 2¾ x 2¾ inches, and the brooch fitting includes a stickpin clutch. Bearing a nice heft with gross weight approximately 248 dwts.
