Millegrain-set with circular-cut diamonds, highlighted with five circular-cut diamonds, accented with calibré-cut sapphires, length approximately 184mm, one sapphire deficient. 

Please note that one sapphire is deficient. Central diamond measuring approximately 4.8 x 4.9 x 3.0mm, calculated to weigh approximately 0.30-0.40 carats, estimated clarity SI2, estimated colour I-J. Remaining diamond calculated to weigh approximately 8.00-10.00 carats in total, estimated clarity SI on average, colour I-J on average. Metal with some surface wear, such as scratching and small dents. Clasp closes securely. Overall condition good.
