Designed as an articulated clown, costume set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the glazed belly containing five free-floating sapphire, emerald, ruby and diamonds, with sapphire eyes and ruby ears, to a fancy-link necklace, necklace length approximately 515mm, signed Chopard, numbered, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

French assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed Chopard, numbered 4676, indistinct maker's mark to foot. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats. Rubies deep red, emerald green, sapphires blue, all transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Clown's body well-articulated. Chain marked 585 for 14 carat gold, Italian maker's mark. Clasp damaged. Pendant length approximately 47mm. Scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition.
