Of rectangular form, the exterior engraved with a hatched and reeded pattern, opening to reveal a plain interior, the ends and thumbpiece set with calibré-cut sapphires, measuring approximately 105 x 75 x 8mm, signed Cartier, numbered, gross weight approximately 161 grams.
Condition
Stamped 14K for 14 carat gold. Signed Cartier. Numbered 4699. Sapphires well matched, typical inclusions visible under magnification, some abrasions to facet edges. Case secure when closed. Some abrasions to metal consistent with wear. In good condition.
