Enamel and diamond dress set, early 20th century

Comprising: six buttons and a pair of cufflinks, each with pink guilloché enamel within a border of white enamel, decorated with a rose diamond cluster, French assay and maker's marks, case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold to reverse, indistinct maker's marks. Eight buttons in total, four converted to cufflinks with addition of curb link connecting chains stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Four buttons with detachable metal split rings. Two dress studs, maker's mark stamped to reverse of L and M either side of a pair of pincers within a lozenge.Two buttons with slight surface chip to white enamel borders, otherwise in good condition. Later associated Cartier case with scuffs to exterior leather.
