Of rectangular form, decorated with a geometric pattern in black enamel, the clasp collect-set with onyx and rose-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a powder compartment, lipstick holder, mirror, pencil and a money clip, measuring approximately 95 x 62 x 11mm, French assay and maker's marks, signed Cartier Paris Londres New York, gross weight approximately 209 grams.
Condition
French assay mark for 18 carat gold, and maker's mark H L with four leaf clover for Lachelin. Signed Cartier Paris Londres New York and faintly numbered 363. Measuring approximately 95 x 62 x 11mm, gross weight approximately 209 grams. Areas of chipping and light wear to enamel surfaces. Onyx and diamond push piece intact. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.10 - 0.15 carats. Hinged lid intact. Mirror in good condition. Powder brush deficient. Detachable lipstick holder intact. Money clip with good tension. Pencil and notepad intact, pencil with lead deficient. Light scratches and areas of discolouration consistent with age and use. In good condition.
