Description

Composed of two rows, the links designed as scarab beetles and collet-set polished coral and turquoise, connected by annular and fetter link chain, length approximately 395mm, signed Cartier, numbered, British assay and maker's marks, gross weight approximately 74 grams, fitted pouch stamped Cartier.

Condition

Each scarab link stamped to underside with British hallmarks and 750 for 18 carat gold, and sponsor mark JC for Jacques Cartier. Clasp signed Cartier, numbered R7631. Turquoise bright blue, coral pinkish orange, both opaque. Links well-articulated, clasp secure. Metal surfaces, coral and turquoise cabochons with light scratches consistent with wear. In good condition.
