Description

  • Platinum/Pearl/Diamonds
Each set to the centre with a cultured pearl, within a surround of marquise- and pear-shaped diamonds, 1960s.

Condition

Please note that the pearls have not been tested for natural origin. One earring stamped PT for platinum to reverse of pearl. Top of each clip fitting marked partially marked BTE SGDG, for 'Breveté sans garantie du gouvernement'. Pearls approximately 12mm and 12.4mm diameter respectively, of white body colour, with rose and green overtones. Slight banding to one pearl, both with areas of light crazing, light scratches and minor pitting to nacre. Diamonds estimated to be approximately H-I colour, VS - SI clarity on average, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats. Clip fittings secure. Light scratches to metal surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition.
