Description

  • Gold pearl and diamond
Designed a bow with foliate motifs, set to the centre with a natural pearl of grey tint measuring approximately 14.6 x 12.5 x 12.0mm, the ribbons set with circular-cut and cushion-shaped diamonds.

Condition

Accompanied by Gem & Pearl laboratory report no. 13754, stating that the pearl was found to be natural, saltwater, no evidence of treatment was observed. Mounted in gold and silver. Pearl of baroque shape, drill hole and large cavity to reverse, grey body colour with strong rose and green overtones, some banding and pitting to nacre. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 18.00-22.00 carats, estimated colour I-K, estimated clarity VS-SI on average, some stones I-included clarity. Detachable bale to reverse. Scratches to metal and tarnish consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
