Collet-set with a circular-cut diamond within a polished octagonal onyx frame, the underside and shoulders of the ring set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size M, signed Villa, Italian maker's mark.

Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold on exterior of shank. Signed Villa, maker's mark 49 NI on exterior of shank. Diamond measuring approximately 11.0 x 11.0 x 6.4mm as measured in setting, calculated to weigh approximately 4.89 carats, estimated clarity I2, as graded in the mount. Remaining diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.20 - 0.40 carats. Onyx black, opaque, in good condition. Very light scratches to metal and onyx surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition.
