Pair of gem set and diamond ear clips, composite

Each floral motif surmount set with a circular-cut emerald and brilliant-cut diamonds, suspending a row of alternating onyx and coral beads and circular-cut emerald and brilliant-cut diamond set spacers, surmounts signed Cartier, numbered, French import marks.

French import marks for 18 carat gold to reverse and underside of clip fittings. Each signed Cartier London on clip fittings. Both numbered P7127 to side of clip fitting. Emeralds mid- to light green, transparent, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, some surface-reaching. Coral pink in colour, opaque, with typical grain and light colour mottling visible to the naked eye, some small abrasions and traces of residue to surface, some minor cracks. Onyx black in colour, opaque, with slight pitting to surface, minor chips around drill holes, and some traces of glue residue. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated diamond weight approximately 1.50 - 2.50 carats. Scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. Earrings approximately 62mm in length. In good condition.
