  • 18 carat gold, metal, wood, lapis lazuli
The links of geometric faceted form with hexagonal terminals, with three interchangeable sets of baton fittings in lapis lazuli, metal and wood, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Cufflinks each signed Cartier, indistinctly numbered, possibly 36958, on curved link. Each with French assay marks for 18 carat gold on hexagonal terminals. Each with French maker's marks on hexagonal terminals. Metal baton fittings each with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and French maker's marks to one end. Three sets of baton fittings, each a set of four matching batons. Lapis lazuli fittings of characteristic deep blue, opaque, with typical calcite and pyrite inclusions visible to the naked eye, one very minor chip to one corner of one baton. Wood batons in good condition. Baton holders intact and secure. Cufflinks measuring approximately 25 x 9 x 3mm, batons each approximately 25 x 4 x 6mm. Light scratches to metal, stone and wood surfaces consistent with wear. Red fitted case stamped Cartier. In good condition.
