Emerald and diamond ring

Of toi et moi design, set with a pear-shaped emerald weighing 1.81 carats and a similarly shaped diamond weighing 2.09 carats, size 53^1/2, French assay mark.

Accompanied by a photocopy of GIA report no. 1221489, dated 19 August 1980, stating that the pear-shaped diamond weighing 2.09 carats, measuring 10.59 x 7.42 x 4.47mm, is E Colour, VVS2 Clarity. Please note that the GIA report is dated 1980 and might require an update. French assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed B 2.09 and E 1.81, referring to the carat weight of the diamond and to the carat weight of the emerald, respectively. For more information on the diamond, please refer to the photocopy of the GIA report. Pear-shaped emerald measuring approximately 10.60 x 7.25 x 4.10mm, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, abrasions and scratches. Minor signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
