Collet-set with a step-cut emerald stated to weigh 2.48 carats, between triangular diamond shoulders, the mount further highlighted with marquise-shaped emeralds and pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, size 52, signed A. Reza, French assay and partial maker's mark.
Condition
Signed A. Reza, French maker's mark for Alexandre Reza, 21 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris. French assay mark and stamped OR 750 for 18 carat gold. Inscribed ETE 2.48, EN 0.97, DT 0.25 and B 1.95, referring to the stated carat weight of the central emerald, to the stated total carat weight of the marquise-shaped emeralds, to the stated total carat weight of the triangular diamonds and to the stated total carat weight of the brilliant-cut diamonds, respectively. Step-cut emerald stated to weigh 2.48 carats, measuring approximately 9.24 x 6.74 x 4.65mm, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, scratches and small nicks. Remaining emeralds well matched in colour, with small abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded within the yellow gold mount. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 5 grams.
