Sapphire and diamond necklace

Set with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, the front supporting pear-shaped sapphires, length approximately 420mm, maker's mark, separates into two segments, each may be worn as a bracelet, lengths approximately 180mm and 240mm.

Maker's mark, stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 3.50 to 4.00 carats, blue of medium strong to strong saturation, with typical inclusions, slight abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 9.00 - 10.00 carats, on average I-J colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with use. Clasps secure, safety catches. Total gross weight approximately 35 grams.
