Designed as a chick, set with yellow sapphires, the eye highlighted with a cabochon onyx, signed Michele della Valle, numbered, maker's mark.
Condition
Signed Michele della Valle, numbered 1179, maker's mark for Michele della Valle. Yellow sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.75 - 6.25 carats, well matched in colour, yellow of medium strong saturation, with minor abrasions. Onyx in good condition. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Clasp secure, sliding safety catch. Gross weight approximately 9 grams.
