A gold and lacquer lapel watch, Charlton and Co, two combs and an agate and diamond cigarette case

The lapel watch of geometric design, with a collapsible grid revealing a square dial with Arabic numerals, signed Charlton & Co, numbered, partial French assay and maker's marks, one comb accented with circular-, single-cut, bullet-shaped and baguette diamonds, one tooth deficient, the other accented with cultured pearls and rose diamonds, and one agate cigarette case highlighted with rose diamonds.

Signs of wear. Dial with dust residue. Inside case stamped VERGER France, French maker's mark. In overall good condition. Lacquer with nicks, chips and signs of wear. Signs of wear and scratches to the metal. Gross weight approximately 50 grams. Measurements approximately 41 x 40 x 15mm. One comb inscribed Van Cleef et Arpels. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to the tortoise shell consistent with use, one tooth deficient. Gross weight approximately 18 grams. Measurements approximately 105 x 25 x 7mm. The other comb with cultured pearls well matched in colour, of slightly cream body colour, with good skin and lustre, partly with rosé and green overtones. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of wear to the tortoise shell. Gross weight approximately 22 grams. Measurements approximately 105 x 35 x 7mm. Cigarette case in overall good condition, with minor scratches. Diamonds bright and lively. One hinge slightly damaged. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 56 grams. Measurements approximately 87 x 50 x 13mm.
