One designed as a lamb, the body of textured gold, the eyes embellished with marquise-shaped emeralds, the nose set with coral, signed V.C.A., numbered, French assay and maker's marks, the other designed as a fennec, the eyes highlighted with marquise-shaped emeralds, signed V.C.A., numbered, partial French assay and maker's marks.

Brooch designed as a lamb signed V.C.A, numbered 69-106492, French maker's mark for Stoffel, 62 Rue La Fayette, 75009 Paris. Brooch designed as a fennec signed VCA, numbered 65 and B5396, partial French maker's mark. Each with French assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, brooch designed as a fennec further stamped OR for gold. Emeralds well matched in colour, green of medium strong saturation, with abrasions and scratches. Coral chipped. Scratches and signs of wear to the metal. Clasps secure, sliding safety catches. In good condition. Measurements approximately 37 x 40 x 20mm and 30 x 77 x 18mm, respectively. Total gross weight approximately 37 grams.
