Ruby and diamond ring

Collet-set with an oval ruby between cushion-shaped diamond shoulders, the mount set with brilliant- and single-cut diamonds, size 58.

Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS-2015-027124, stating that the oval ruby weighing 3.41 carats and measuring 9.29 x 7.93 x 5.74mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby pinkish red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions and minor scratches, for more information on the ruby, please refer to the gemmological report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.25 - 2.75 carats, on average I-J colour, SI-I clarity, a gauged and graded in the mount. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 13 grams.
