signed HUANG JIE, dated 1927, with a dedication, one seal of the artist, and one collector's seal

Condition

-Signs of restoration can be found, where there appears to be paper loss at the top of the first scroll and paper crack along the left side of the second scroll. Paper has turned greyish. Creases, especially on the second scroll, and light foxing can be found on the couplet, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair condition.
