Small 4to (9 3/4 x 7 1/4 in.; 248 x 184 mm). Half-title, double-page letterpress table, engraved frontispiece, engraved dedication, 9 engraved plates of script and 240 engraved plates of ornamental letters and cyphers (13 hand colored). Late 19th century green crushed morocco, bound by Lortic Frères, spine with raised bands in six compartments, lettered in the second, the others with an overall repeat decoration in gilt, marbled endpapers, gilt edges.
