Photographic frontispiece by Alvin Langdon Coburn, colophon on title (with number written in by Pound) with circular stamp (designed by Edmund Dulac) in orange-red with author's initials in intaglio. Publisher's tan buckram, spine and upper cover lettered in dark blue, uncut and unopened; some soiling. Brown buckram slipcase and chemise, black morocco gilt spine label.
