Condition
Lined. Stable craquelure throughout the composition most noticeable in the figure. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green while select areas have been cleaned including the hands, book, white part of the sleeve, and signature. Fine lines of inpainting in her face, shoulder and neck to address craquelure. Scattered dots of retouching on her shoulder and chest and brushy areas in her hair. On her sleeve between shoulder and elbow there is an 'L' shaped line of inpaint with associated strokes. Retouching to address frame abrasion along the upper right and right edges.
